Our Suites
The Buxton House is a Victorian Terrace located in the heart of Redfern built in the 1840s and after years of neglect has been recently restored back to its former Victorian glory. Each of the six suites and bathrooms are independent, private and you have your own space. With modern finishes at every touch each Suite has its own touch of Character and Charm ensuring a comfortable and quality stay that you can call home!
Suite 1 - Victoria
Ground Floor – Two Adults
Her Majesty Queen Victoria would have been proud of this grand sized room with a Queen sized bed. The bedroom has an en suite and separate private Lounge room with full kitchen. This is the largest of our suites with a north facing lounge room it gets plenty of light and privacy.

Suite 2 - The Aston
Ground Floor – Two Adults – Single sofa bed option*
The Aston in the Buxton House is quiet, private and comfortable just like the car. Three sandstone window sills in each room gives this Suite a lot of character.
The lounge folds out to a single bed so gives capacity for 1 extra if needed.

Suite 3 - Executive's Den
Ground Floor – Two Adults
The Executives Den is located at the back of the House and is a cozy self contained private double room, en suite, kitchen and eating area. Large windows give a lot of light. You will enjoy the Sydney city terrace living in quality.

Suite 4 - Napoleon
First Floor – Two Adults
This suite was inspired by Napoleon Bonaparte and his love for all things Grandeur! The tall ceilings and high colonial architraves are beautiful to wake up to.
The balcony window gives you the option to open up to enjoy the atmosphere of the street or close up for peace and privacy.

Suite 5 - Winston
First Floor – Two Adults
Sir Winston Churchill, one of the UK's most influential Prime Ministers, led Britain to victory in WWII. Like him, our suite at The Buxton House is cozy yet strong, featuring an en suite, full kitchen, and thoughtfully designed dining space. This is a cozy Suite and has everything you need.
