After all checks and payments have been made via Airbnb or Respective online bookings portal, one to two days prior to your check in we will send you an email or message via Airbnb with a pin code, room number and address. This is all you need!
With the pin code you will automatically be able to let your self in to the house within check-in times. Make note this pin will only work at check in time and dates.
What are my check in instructions?

This is all you need! With the pin code you will automatically be able to let your self in to the house. Make note this pin will only work at check in time and dates (check in 1:30pm till 11:20am check out). The pin code you are issued is for the front communal door and your personal suite/room door only. It is a unique pin and changes after each check in check out.
My flight arrives early, am I able to check in early?
Absolutely! We have to give our cleaners a window of time to get your suite ready and clean so check in is officially 3pm however we will try to have you in by 1:30pm at the earliest.
Can I leave my bags somewhere until check in?
Yes! We will issue you with a pin code to give you access to front door only and you will be able to leave your baggage at your own risk in the BBQ area until your room is ready.
What is the best way to come from the Airport?
I always recommend our guests to download and use UBER! From the airport it should take bout 15-20mins and cost about 20-25 AUD. It’s much easier than the train and not much more expensive.
Otherwise you can take the train to Central Station then change at platform 19 to Redfern. Trains run every 10 mins – You will need an Opal card https://transportnsw.info/tickets-opal/ which you can top up for the duration of your stay in Sydney.
You can also take the train to central and change to Redern this will take approximately 30mins and cost $18 AUD.
Is this area secure?
The Buxton house has 24/7 live security and is monitored 24/7 by CCTV cameras in Communal Areas so this security is at the utmost of importance for us and our guests.
What time is the latest I can check in?
Anytime really as you have a pin code however please be mindful and considerate of our other guests so do not slam doors and try to keep it quiet when in common areas.
Is there a laundry?
Yes the laundry has a 9kg washing machine and is located at the back of the property. Feel free to buy some washing detergent and use the washing machine. To dry your clothes we supply a drying rack however there is no dryer. If this does not suffice then there is a local laundrette across the road.
Do we have a hairdryer?
Yes Hairdryer under bathroom vanity in cupboard.
